Karen is kind, compassionate and treats every person as though they are the most important person in the world. Time and time again I have seen Karen provide love and nursing care to clients and have seen incredible outcomes for each of these clients. She is able to pick up on symptoms, assist GP’s with diagnosis and treatment and help people to regain independence in the community. People thrive under the care of Karen and the other amazing staff members.
