Are your carers and nursing staff insured?

Yes, our carers and nurses are insured and they are required to undergo a thorough background check.  They are also properly screened to ensure your loved one and their homes are fully protected.

If the Carer or nurse does not work out, what do you do to find a replacement?

Home Sweet Home Care always wants to make sure that the Carer or nurse we place with your loved one is the best possible match for their situation and their needs. If they are not as compatible as we hoped, we will quickly work to place a new one in your home.
